High-Temperature Fan Impeller Deformation
Dealing with impeller deformation can be frustrating. However, this is not simply a matter of quality. To effectively avoid problems, keep these four key factors in mind:
- Material is the Foundation
Use high-strength, heat-resistant special materials such as stainless steel. Ordinary carbon steel loses strength rapidly at high temperatures. - Heat Treatment is a Critical Process
After manufacturing, the impeller must undergo high-temperature annealing to release internal stresses. Without this, thermal expansion and contraction can directly cause deformation. - Structural Design Must Be Scientific
Low-quality impellers often have thin blades or poorly designed angles, which cause uneven stress at high temperatures and speeds, making them prone to bending. Professional designs thicken the blades and optimize the flow angles to control vibration. - Operational Conditions Must Be Considered
In high-temperature, dusty, or corrosive environments, the impeller requires wear- and corrosion-resistant treatment, such as hardfacing. Without this, wear and failure risks increase significantly.
Customer Testimonials
Trusted by industrial partners across 30+ countries — real feedback from our global clients.
“We’ve been using Dajing’s 9-19 high-pressure centrifugal blowers for our dust removal system. The airflow performance is excellent, and the noise level is much lower than our previous models. Truly reliable quality.”
