Designed for gases mixed with hard, abrasive dust and particles, this wear-resistant centrifugal blower is ideal for material conveying, industrial dust collection, boiler induced draft, cement and steel production, sintering and coking lines. With thickened impeller and casing, replaceable anti-wear liners/ceramic patches, and optimized sealing, it maintains high efficiency and long service life under erosion, high-temperature and light-corrosive conditions. Handles non-self-igniting, non-explosive, non-viscous gases for either supply or exhaust ventilation.

  • Materials (optional): Carbon steel (standard); FRP / stainless steel / rubber lining / high-temperature alloy available as required. 

  • Main Shaft: High-strength alloy steel.

  • Bearings: ZWZ / SKF / FAG / NSK.

  • Motor: Chinese famous brand or ABB / Siemens / WEG (customizable).

Wear-resistant centrifugal blowers are widely used in thermal power plants as induced-draft and exhaust blowers, in steel blast-furnace systems, cement plants, kiln-tail sections, and other processes—such as ceramic production—where hard particles cause erosion and abrasion.

Under extreme conditions, blowers endure the harshest wear. Abrasive media carried in the airstream (e.g., clinker dust, quartz, corundum, wood and plastic shavings) continuously attack metal surfaces.

Such wear can disable high-value components in a short time and drive up operating costs. Investing in preventive protection is therefore highly cost-effective.

To enhance wear resistance, dajingblower designs protection into the blower from the start: selecting suitable materials, applying high-precision machining, optimizing blade geometry, and adding targeted anti-wear measures for the impeller and inner casing. These steps effectively extend service life and improve reliability.
